It's 10:30pm and I just got home from work. My wife was sent an email requesting feedback regarding the service that you provided today. I was skeptical! My wife told me about your product and that it was "supposed" to be different - I expected to come home to smelly wet carpet!

I told my wife that I would reply to your email request for feedback! Hey, our carpet is clean, dry and smells great!

Wonderful product and unique very different way to clean carpet, especially if you have small children. It is the best of all the products I have used. Smells great, works wonderful, like no other!

My husband and I just wanted to let you know how impressed we are with your DRY carpet cleaning service! When we moved into our house, the previous owners had used their own [ wet ] carpet shampoo machine and the carpet was very wet. Within weeks of moving in, we saw how stained and dirty the carpet really was even though it was only 1-1/2 years old!

Your system works wonders and removed stains that we thought we'd never get rid of. Our carpet looks great now! The best part was that we didn't have to wait hours or days for it to be completely dry! The Miracle Cleaning technicians were very courteous and friendly, too!

We have never experienced a truly DRY method of carpet cleaning before. Every other cleaning service we had tried left the carpet wet for a long time. What a refreshing change!

Your products and service are state-of-the-art and you have beaten the other so-called "dry" carpet cleaning methods hands down! If we could buy a Miracle Cleaning franchise here in our area, we would!

We used your services last spring (April 2004) and again this January. I had a group of friends over this week and they were still impressed with how beautiful my carpet looked. One friend called me tonight for your number.

Our carpet was extremely soiled in spots, our dog has a bladder problem and had urinated in two large spots and your dry process got that ALL out!! It was unbelievable!!!! The aspect that most impressed me and my friends was the fact that you can walk on the carpet right away and it is truly not wet. With three kids it was important to be able to get back to normal as quickly as possible. The men who cleaned the carpet were wonderfully kind and incredibly informative.

Here is what I think of your company. I have seen your internet advertisements for some time now. So, I finally broke down and called your company. And after I telephoned you I scheduled my appointment online to have the carpets cleaned in my home.

It's been several days since you provided your service and I would not have normally replied to an appeal for 'feedback' but since I was so completely impressed with your product, service and your crew, I decided to register my opinion per your request on your web site.

So, here it is...

1. I had my doubts about how you could clean my carpet and it be "DRY".

2. I scheduled online at cleaningnc.com as mentioned in your radio ad.

3. I did indeed receive my free estimate and Email quote within hours..

4. Your crew arrived on time, as promised.

5. I was impressed with the young man that was in my home. He was clean, hard working and professional.

6. The service man that was here worked very hard.

7. When he was finished he walked me room-to-room showing me my unbelievably CLEAN and dry carpet. ( it smelt clean and natural .. I actually miss it - as it was nice! )

8. The price that was as quoted to me while scheudling online at cleaningnc.com was indeed the actual price that I paid. I was impressed with this! Surprised actually.

9. My family and I were able to use our home immediatly after your service man left. Wow!!!!

10. My home smells fresh and clean, no wet musty mess!!!

We have 3 kids: 1, 4, and 5 years old. So not only does our carpet get REALLY dirty, but we cannot be gone from the house long enough for the traditional carpet cleaning systems. Miracle Cleaning's system is wonderful.

Not only does it get the carpet cleaner than steam cleaning, but we take the kids to the park for a couple of hours, come back, and the carpet is clean, dry and ready to be walked on. It's amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone !

Miracle Cleaning worked for me! As requested, here’s my feedback:

1. My carpet is much cleaner after using Miracle Cleaning dry-cleaning vs steam-cleaning.

2. I was able to use my home right away, as advertised.

3. I found it a pleasure dealing with the company from start to finish. The workers were on time, helpful in answering my (many) questions, courteous and professional.

4. I'm very satisfied. I paid a little more than I was originally quoted but there is no way I'd go back to steam cleaning after experiencing Miracle Cleaning!

Dear Miracle Cleaning Team:

Thank you so much for the awesome carpet cleaning job your technicians performed at our home a couple of weeks ago! Needless to say I was a bit skeptical after our last cleaning episode with a so called "dry carpet carpet cleaning company". Our carpets stayed wet for over 5 days and within 3 weeks the carpets were dirtier than they had been before the cleaning.

We are very impressed with the quality of Miracle Cleaning Carpet Cleaning and the condition of our carpets a couple of weeks after the job. I also want to say that your technicians, besides being knowledgable, were very nice and friendly. I took our dogs for a walk while they performed the cleaning and was pleasantly surprised to find them done and my carpets dry when I walked in the door and hour later!

I plan on refering all of my neighbors and friends to Miracle Cleaning.

I would like to share my experience with Miracle Cleaning service. It was unbelievable!

I'm a Realtor and was getting my own house ready to put on the market. I thought I would have to replace the carpet because it was looking old and worn out. I had had the carpet cleaned before using the wet method of cleaning and it did NOT help the carpet at all. Steam cleaning left my carpet wet for days, stretched it out and didn't rejuvenate it at all. I needed to give the Miracle Cleaning method a try to see if it would keep me from having to put in all new carpet and the carpet wasn't really that old to begin with.

It worked GREAT! I don't need to replace the carpet. The carpet look fresh, clean, smells so good, and I was ready to show my home the next day. I should also tell you that my home sold that next day. This truely is a wonderful product and service.

They arrived well within the appointment perimeter identified when I scheduled with the dispatcher. My husband has severe reactions to cats (his chest tightens up & he can't breath). We just brought a new home & we found out the hard way that they had cats in the house. We called Miracle Cleaning and my husband can breath again without medication. We are very happy with the results and the two men that came out were great & helpfull. I am completely impressed with my carpet. I left home this morning with stains and returned from work with carpet that looks new. I delayed getting my carpet cleaned although it had some stains especially around the dinning room table, it is only 1 year old. Past experience tells me after the first cleaning it will never be the same. I originally heard their advertising on the radio about Miracle Cleaning but I guess I still expected wet or at least damp and smelly carpet. Well surprise, surprise, the carpet is perfectly clean, already dry and it looks as good as the day it was installed.
