QUESTION: What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and how does it work?
ANSWER: If you have a problem with the cleaning for ANY reason simply call us back in 24 hours or less and we will send the cleaner back out to correct the problem.

QUESTION: When do I need to pay you? Can you bill me?
ANSWER: All payments are due at the time of service. If your not at home you can leave us a check or cash. You can also call the office with a credit card number.

QUESTION: If we schedule a cleaning time with your company will you be here right at that given time?
ANSWER: Due to traffic issues around Raleigh & previous appointment & carpet conditions we ask that you give our technicians a 2 hour window. That means if your scheduled for cleaning at 2:00pm we may be at your home between 2:00pm – 4:00pm. The first appointment in the morning is usually on time unless we run into traffic issues.

QUESTION: I can’t wait at home for you, what should I do?
ANSWER: Some clients send us their house keys. We keep them in a secure lock box at the office and lock the house on our way out when the cleaning is done. Other clients like to leave us a key hidden outside or leave a back door open. We can work with you to make sure the home is locked when we lave.
